LOL. Ming isn't ready for Shaq. I've seen chinese games where Ming got fouled moderately and he acted like the foul was a with a nunchuck or something. With that in mind, I can't wait to see how ming takes one of Shaq's elbows one in the chest. Regardless, I hope Ming does well and shows the critics off.
I'm a big Yao fan. Nobody can defend Shaq under and arround the basket, untill he gives into his weight and other interests.For the first few years the best Yao Ming can do is to counter balance Shaq and nutralise his numbers.He can do this because he can score from anywhere on the court and simply can outplay Shaq. On defence he can get rebounds and blocks. Don't expect him to be a banger under the basket, it's not his game. He is a New Age Center who plays like a Center crossed with a small forward, it's the games future direction.
Speaking of Kung Fu, Rockets should get Menk Bateer who has solid muscles and is over 300 lbs. Bateer was a wrestling champion in his primary school. He will do a even better job than Barkley when wrestling Shaq.
