Time to take out Hummus...

Tsk Tsk Kagy, YOU OF ALL PEOPLE! Clutch said no more useless threads/posts, and here you are saying we should take out Hummus. I mean come on Hummus is just defending the weak stomached, it's Icecream that's the problem starter!

 

I will admit to being anti-hummus. I used to work at a bagel shop...and the stuff is just nasty...and it smells terrible.

Crazy, I know, but I rarely eat food in paste form.

Because I'm a vegetarian, I think people are disappointed when they find out just how mundane my meals are. I eat really normal food, just without the meat. In fact, I'm currently waiting for my ziti to finish cooking so I can have a late dinner. Mmmmmmm...ziti.

 

ewww... i really don't like hummus, especially considering the insane calorie count in a small serving... just not efficient!

 

lot of protein though!

that's fish blood, fish parts and fish guts mixed with chickpeas!!! mmmmm.... CHUMMUS!!

Hummus with a shawarma (gyro) and pickled veggies ... yumyum! It even tastes good with falafel and fried pita bread pieces ... or with Ritz crackers. I also like it with roast chicken.

I am not too hard on hummus. It looks like baby food and smell so bad I wanted to wretch. Seriously, when I left that bagel shop I swore I'd never look at the stuff again.

 

Thats a load of crap. What would you do if you were a chick-pea and they took your podmates away and forced you to live in a can. You would be joining a canister of Hummus too. It's the American advertising industry that only shows you guys the lachs commercials. If you got your food information from an unbiased source, you would realize that it is the lachs that is bad and the Hummus that is good.

I love hummus!!! It smells weird, and it has a strange consistency, but it's the only way I like chick peas. Hummus rules!!
