It seems as though the last few games that Martin & Brooks both have matched each other as far as their point totals go. I personally enjoy having them both put up some nice numbers every game. You think they sort of like to challenge each other (in a friendly way) to see who can score more and be more efficient? We all know that they both want to win games and are decent team players, but i still have to wonder if they have some smack talk like, "AB, you liked that three huh?" or "Kev, you like that 3pt streak im on?"

Nah I think they are just doing what they have to do to help the team win. If they don't score we will have a tough time winning.

I feel as if Brooks sees Martin as a threat and has become more aggressive, which seems to be a good thing.

It is weird to see thier numbers identical in most games. I wonder if that is by design.

if that is indeed the case, they both will be better for it.

They both can score and Martin has now stretched the floor for Brooks, making it easier for him.

just keep it up until lowry and ariza gets back. without those two scoring well, it will be a long game from here on out.

Brooks should be happy Martin is here. He has been wide open so many times since Martin has arrived. If they keep egos in check both of them together will be AMAZING with Yao/Scola on the inside. Heck, even Battier will be open to hit threes and Ariza will be able to slash inside.

At least they aren't necessarily being selfish about it from what I've observed.

There was a moment when Brooks had a relatively good look at the 3 but instead passed it up to a much more open Martin in the corner who proceeded to hit it. Gave me a warm feeling inside.

nah i think its more AB tryna prove this is his team, Martin doesnt care about any of that he just wants to fit in and help the team Aaron is still not passin him the ball sometimes when hes open but it comes with the territory of being the newcomer..
AB is prolly looks at Kevin as the guy who got rid of his guy Landry that could b wat contributes to it also

I can not believe they pick Jason Kidd for the All-Star instead of Brooks. Kidd time is over imo.

I love the speed, efficiency, and point production in our back court.

Martin would be outscoring Brooks if Brooks would ever pass him the ball. It seemed like Martin was moving well without the ball when he got here but since Brooks isn't moving the ball around he has cut back.
