Anyone who still thinks Francis is better than Baron has his head firmly up his ass.

Give me a break. Steve comes to the league and completely outperforms Baron Davis in their first two seasons. Then Steve suffers through an injury-riddled third season while still putting up comparable numbers to Baron Davis, and all the sudden Davis is undoubtedly the superior player? Good logic there, kidrock. I'll agree that Davis had a better season last year than Steve, but that's all. I think Steve's 00-01 season (ya know the one where he wasn't suffering from ruptured foot arches, migraine headaches, and shoulders injuries requiring surgery) was a better season than the one Baron Davis had this year. And I think that's more representative of what Steve is capable of. Especially since 45 wins in the western conference is twice as tough as the same amount of wins in the eastern conference. Face it, the injuries were a factor. Its not an excuse, its a fact. But since you have such an obvious grudge against Steve, you don't have any problem completely ignoring the part that injuries played in Francis' season.

    Nice list....

Thanks for giving Jason Terry his deserved location on the list.

His rank is right in line with where he is right now.

Here are his numbers AFTER getting moved back into the point last season (36 games)

    20.5 ppg
    6.9 apg
    2.4 A/TO

And the Hawks went 19-17, not too shabby.

Along the way, he began to hold opposing PG shooting percentage down (35.5%), and the Hawks brought their season ppg against average from giving up 101 ppg to 96ppg at the end.

And he kept improving over the run, finishing April with a stunning 22.5 ppg and over 8 assists per contest.

He finished top 10 in steals, as well.

People better recognize that Terry is rising, and is a well kept secret that, with the Hawks solidifying their starting lineup with Glenn Robinson, should begin to get some well deserved recognition.

Thanks again, RIF, for giving JT some due.

    deja vu.....

I'd say Payton, Kidd, Francis, Bibby, Davis, Nash, Miller....Andre Miller is EXTREMELY overrated(not to say francis and baron aren't too, they are, but they are both better than Miller:))

    1. Payton
    2. Kidd
    3. Francis
    4. Davis
    5. Miller

If davis shot the same percentage from the free throw line, i would put him just barely ahead of francis.
