They showed Lowry running full court sprints on Rockets Live before the game, so I'm assuming he's close to coming back.

I think you keep him the rest of the year, he has some upside and has earned it, especially since the team is now under the Lux tax line.

I think they'll sign Conroy to a 10 day contract since he's still eligible for another 10 day contract and since he's playing his ass off in the D-League. Just won player of the month. Then, after his contract is over, they'll decide between Temple and Conroy.

This is probably the most likely scenerio. But I liked what I've seen of Temple once he started to settle down. A good insurance at the PG spot.

I'm surprised a guy 6'6" plays PG though. In this league and at this time, that height could see minutes at SF even.

if what drexler was saying is accurate (that portland was looking to sign him), should we not consider denying them temple since we're after their playoff spot?

I don't think Temple is the kind of guy that will make a significant impact towards a playoff push.

    But an interesting point nonetheless.

    end of the road...

Jonathan_Feigen Garrett Temple, with 2nd 10-day up, did a nice job with the audition, but won't get a contract now. In time, he'll make a nice living in NBA

What? Man that sucks! Why couldn't they just send down Taylor instead! What if Lowry gets reinjured or something? Hope he gets picked up by another team cuz he deserved it! If what Clyde said was true, then I hope he gets picked up by the Blazers.

Yea after tonights game i realized that there is no backup for aaron until Lowry comes back even though Martin could easily do that job. Keep him around. Is it true that Portland is looking at him if we pass on him?

Keep him. He has done well enough. Didn't realize that he was being cut. I wish him good luck.

If Feigen is correct, he will probably sign somewhere else before March 1st to be playoff eligible.
