I know the '94 trophy was broken shortly after we won it--someone accidentally separated the "ball" from the "hoop." I heard it was third-stringer Richard Petruska, but I'm not sure.

Given the narrow point that attaches them, I'm surprised no one did that sooner.

I'm stumped on the dents, though.

I'm actually not a fan of the design of the trophies at all. I think they could have done a much better job in making it look more elegant. The Super Bowl trophy to me is more along the lines of what a trophy should look like. But, that being said, they would still look badass in your trophy case.

 

Ariza must have been at practice and shot them.

They were damaged by McGrady when he broke into the trophy case and tried to have his picture taken with them. He knows just having a photo of him with the trophies is good enough for his fans.

 

Why did we ever let V-Span touch the trophies.....
