    11-5

But those first 6 games are all against weaker teams.

IT REALLY depends on if we get our defense back in Lowry/Ariza/Battier. If we do...who knows we might even beat some of those teams you don't expect.

I don't know. It looks possible we can make a run here. Our schedule doesn't look too crazy. Maybe we'll be able to steal some games here and there and maybe a magical run will happen and we get the 8th seed. :)

But if we don't, we can always look to next year.

Btw, did anyone catch the video when Utah played the Kings? I couldn't tell who it was but one of the Jazz players went home for a layup and fell right on his back. haha I couldn't help but laugh and kept rewinding.

It's your sick fantasy for the Rockets to do poorly. Wasn't it, "With the ____ picks the Rockets select John Wall" last week?

Well I'm sorry, I was JMO about the schedule.....Plus I don't see the point In getting into the playoffs just to get beat by the Lakers or Nuggets, we're better off playing the young talent that we have to build future assets(which would allow us to do future moves), while at the same time moving up on the draft board, its better than getting moral victories...IMO

In addition, the rockets should treat the remaining 24 games as the preseason, allowing Adelman to see what combination's work at what doesn't, It also allows to see what the young players have to offer(Hill, Budinger, Taylor, etc.), this season no longer matters, its about developing some of this guy's for next year and beyond...

PS. that was my old signature and it read "FUTURE HOUSTON ROCKET JOHN WALL", and I was just playing around with that signature, It wasn't anything serious....chill dude

God, these attitudes of "let's lose a lot and get a good draft pick!" are so ridiculous... they just suck all the life out of being a fan. Hoping your favorite team loses...disgusting...

    Anyways...

    I'm hoping for 12-4

    10 - 6

    Put us at 39 - 35

44 - 38 to finish the season, I think we miss the playoffs by a few games. I dont see portland finishing worst than this.

Yes we should always go for the playoffs IFFF we can make it. But which of the top 8 do you actually see dropping out? All of the teams are getting better or healthier.

    Lakers we are not catching.
    Denver either.
Dallas got Haywood and Butler and we won't catch them.
Utah is on a roll now and they didn't even have Kirilenko against us.
    Phoenix did not trade Amare.
OKC has Kevin Durant who just keeps getting better and better.
Portland is finally getting Roy back soon and they acquired Marcus Camby.
San Antonio will get Parker back soon.
Even New Orleans will get Chris Paul soon.

So yes we will get ariza and lowry back, but is that enough to push us over one of the bottom teams? I'm just being real. I went to the Orlando game and it was up there with one of the worst games I've ever seen live. t(he year Yao and TMAC got hurt and we were all watching luther head put up 20 shots a game is also up there.

I still love the Rockets but as a fan, I wish we could buy some insurance on our tickets. That if we lose one of our better players to injury we could get money back. The NBA just does not protect the fans at all. I buy a mini plan every year to go see us play, and somewhere in there we will lose our 2 best players and who really wants to watch Chuck Hayes, Jarred Jeffries, David Andersen, and Hilton Armstrong match up against Dwight Howard or Tim Duncan???
