Last night, I found myslef rooting for the 3 teams I hate to root for:
the lakers(I hate the lakers, but they were playing memphis)
the nets(it's been such a messy divorce for a mediocre marrige, the devils are nj's only team is the devils, but the nets were playing portland)
    and
the knicks(I just love to see them fail, but if they fail this year, the jazz get a good draft pick. C'mon knick pull it together! You can fail the next two years, but please not now)
Despite flipping back between all 3 games I caught alot of the knicks I noticed:
1)Mcgrady is a mess, he needs to shave his head and facial hair
2)the knicks wouldn't be too bad, if they had a clutch guy
    3) obviously, mcgrady isn't clutch
    and
4)the knicks do not know when to foul and who to foul

I don't think you can judge him till he gets past the first 10-15 games. I'm willing to give him that. If, after that, he still looks like a zombie then I think it's time to start rule him out.

I'm watching the first quarter of the Knicks-Wizards game right now. McGrady had a nice and1 a few moments ago BUT he looks absolutely HORRIBLE on the defensive end. Basically he's just standing around.

he's more of a help defender now. his lateral movement on defense is absolutely terrible still.

tmac has A LOT of potential offensively left with his remaining skills. he just needs to avoid the 3pt line and play more midrange/post. he's looking very very good offensively.

but defensively, outside of some help defense, he's pretty much terrible.

With all the trades that the Wizards have made how has Nick Young not made the starting lineup?

this is the best i've seen tracy move this year offensively. he's looking very fluid. however, still very little explosion/hops b/c he has gotten blocked twice going to the rim.
