IIRC, The drug cocktails can stop the Virus from spreading, but not kill it, and it will make it nearly undetectable in the blood stream. If Magic ever stopped taking the drugs, there is no doubt he would develop full blow Aids. DD

If he was having sex with 300-500 people a year, when did he even have time to stop and do his wife? I would be willing to bet they had no sex life with one another and she was just around for their kids + millions and millions of dollars.
It is much more likely to catch HIV with someone of the gay population. I also believe he engaged sex with trannies or men.
i think he was asking why it's easier. because with male to male intercourse there is a higher likelihood of torn tissue thus easier access to ur bloodstream. kinda like sticking a tab of e up ur ass. so many blood vessels are gathered at that juncture thus giving u maximum absorption of the drug. next to mainlining mdma that is. once again higher probability of being infected. everyone can get infected via intercourse be it anal or vaginal. and magic was screwin everyone n their grandma but not his wife. thats y she wasnt infected. god healed him.. i guess u could see it that way. he prolly uses a lot of different meds n treatments not open to the public. e.g. selenium is known to help maintain control of an infection.
Some viruses have two different life cycles, an active one and a dormant one. HIV can go dormant by intergrating itself into the host's cells and lay undetected for quite some time. Also it is possible that his viral load is low enough not to be detected. However like some have said before, if he were to stop taking the cocktail the HIV load would increase.
I don't think that is because of any biological differences btwn men and women. The difference in infection rate more than likely stems from the reluctance to use contraceptives.
A conspiracy to scare off all the women that want to have sex with him and all NBA players from playing with him. That makes sense. It made his playing career and sex life a whole lot better.
