It was a good trade, but Yao+K-mart+role players will not be enough talent for a ring, if you compare them with recent championship teams: LA's Kobe+Gasol/Boston's big three/SA's GDP/Miami's Wade+Shaq, etc. We need another hard-nosed star, either Bosh or Boozer, or CP3, if that's possible. But not A. Stoudamire or J. Johnson.
The broken wrist was on his left hand, his non-shooting hand. I don't think it's bothering his shot all that much. It is still a little painful at times. Like all shooters, he shoots in streaks. Misses 6 in a row, then makes 6 in a row. He needs to get a feel for the flow of the game and relax and let his shots come easily, not forced. One thing he's learned in his career is that you have to contribute in other ways if the shot isn't there. You'll see him pick up his rebounding and effort on defense and try to draw fouls.
