Wow, most of you seem very lucky to have never been in the OP's position. This is a very common problem in todays society. I went through it when I was younger and if it is something you haven't experienced then obviously by many of your responses you just wouldn't understand. My babies mama of 2 decided to quit letting me see my children when she started dating a new guy and they got serious, even though she was court ordered to do so. She had always used the children as a weapon in our disputes, but had finally went all out. It turns out there is basically nobody in the system who deals with visitation enforcement, but about 100,000 who deal with child support. So, my only move was to quit paying child support and get it called to court that way. This worked to my advantage as I got my day in court, visitation was enforced, and I paid the arrears. This is where it gets dirty. The amount I owed was roughly $4500. I cut the check that day and not a dime went to my kids or supporting them. The ex and her dude bought all new furniture. You could say that that was a form of support for my children, but in the strangest of events their 1 year love affair that resulted in a marriage ended a month after. Since they were married it was half his, and she chose something else to take from the marriage instead. So, basically I didn't get to see my kids for close to a year and bought her 1 year fling all new furnishings. She has also moved off roughly 1400 miles away. Left like a thief in the night and didn't even give me a chance to tell my kids bye. I went to pick them up for my weekend and nobody was there. I had to track them down. This was roughly another year of their lives I won't get back. I convinced her to come back on the condition that I would pay for the move and basically all of her bills for the rest of her life. So, in order to be able to see my kids I have to pay way more than a court would ever think of making me. It is what is though, because there is not anyone out there working for the non-custodial parent. It is all about the child support payments and deadbeat dads. The problem is nobody cares about the dads who actually pay, yet still have no control over their children. So, I completely understand what the OP is saying. Keep your head up brother, it will get better. You have a beautiful piece of you that will live on and bring you tons of enjoyment through your life, making all of the heartache well worth it.
So you hate stay at home Moms as much as you hate condoms and marriage; got it. Posting this means you likely have no problem criticizing your partner in front of your kids. That will do wonders for both the kids' self esteem and level of respect for you.
<br> I hardly think that's a fair accusation to make. I mean, he did say they both wanted a kid at the time. No matter how blind or naive a decision that was, both parties are equally responsible. Why the hell would he marry the girl when he obviously cannot stand her? Let's add to the divorce rate!! And I hardly see how posting about this implies that he says this stuff in front of the kid(s). It might not be too big of a stretch, but still. I mean, guys complain about this type of **** around each other all the time. Just because he is posting it on the Internet, you call him out for it....
Thanks bro, good thing we weren't married. When we first split up everything was cool cause I was still helping her out with some money and was still paying for her car which was under my name so she can have a car to get to work. Then when I found out she was seeing someone, thats when I stopped helping her and she decided to go put child support on me so she can have money. I pay everything for my daughter, medical insurance, everything. I just feel she's trying to make my life hell when I have done nothing to her and it's like how can you turn into such a person...

Because when we inevitably post that we would not hit it, it would make him feel worse; about himself, about her, and their baby.
i know the law is heavily in the woman's favor but it seems but it seems that if the mom is that worthless then couldnt there be a case to prove her unfit and you get custody?...granted it would have to be a strong case but still or maybe i'm just being naive
