Darn, I was hoping for some honest-to-God answers! Seems so strange right now that this team was hanging with the best early this year. I wrote a blog post on the team's issues a while back. It was before the trade, but it's still true, if anybody wants to read it: Why the Rockets are Losing

We need Lowry back, no question when you let backup PGs like Collison and TJ carve you up like a Thanksgiving turkey, that's your problem. Also, would be nice to get one of those 3 bigs that we got to come in and be an intimidator down low.

While I applaud him for avoiding the obvious, overused pun, the fact remains that he said the Rockets have a problem, and he was going to diagnose it, and then he DIDN'T TELL US WHAT IT WAS.

I'm not blaming you for providing a link--someone was gonna do it--I'm blaming the writer.

I was thinking the exact same thing...how do you title your article "Diagnosing the Rockets' Problemn" and then not diagnose it?

    we need lowry back
we need a good post presence
we need to make AB a SG and not a PG
we need to finish games stronger
we need the sexy defense from last year (without artesicles)

oh yea.. it would also be helpful if we didnt just throw the ball at the hoop praying to the lord almighty that it will actually go into the round metal thingy that we seem to be avoiding lately.

    that is all.

aron brooks is no jason kidd so what ! he is still learning &so far this pg combo is the best this team has seen in along time yes lowery is a much better pure pg but his shot was not enough to get him a full time job over mike conley an brooks could not run this team full time when skip quit 1/2 way through last season when he got benched they need each other i feel like if a.b. got on the I. R. you all would be on kyle & the lack of scoring REMEMBER THE ALAMO &JL3 &V SPAN &MOOCHIE and now remember jimmy nutron(aka bob sura)& mike james now remember stevie franchise you feel better about a.b. now!! the rockets have not ever operated w/ a prototype p.g. historically kenny smith not a prototype point even calvin murphy scored more than the point guards of his day& was more of a combo guard playing point

    Seemed kinda irrelevant...

He's like "There's a problem but.....well we kinda expected this without Yao any ways....BUT they were playing so well earlier...then again...we kinda expected them to miss the playoffs without Yao.."

    Okay....
