Nascar has become my Favorite Sport To Watch

I'm a big motorsports fan, Formula One, V8 Supercars, Touring Cars, Moto GP, Drag Racing....


Nascar on the other hand, what a load of crap!!!

I enjoy going to Texas 2K (Supra Meet) and seeing 800 plus hp cars race on the drag strip.... It's also fun when you have an old supra like me and work on it all year to gain hp and take it out to the strip trying to better your time..... I dont see it as a sport but more as a hobby.... I cant even get throug 3 mins of Nascar without flipping the channel thou...

 

Beer Pong takes skill. Skee-Ball takes skill. I love those things. They still aren't sports.

I've never met one person in my life that watches Nascar.

I think I find bowling more interesting

 

Mario Cart beats all of the motorsports.

 

I find that NASCAR is good therapy to fall asleep at 3 in the afternoon. Happened to me yesterday, did not even enjoy a full 10 minutes of this "sport".

 

Nascar is a redneck sport isn't it?

 

I watched Daytona a few years ago...actually I made myself watch it b/c I wanted to see what all the fuss was about. Damn that was boring...I can't imagine how people get hyped up about it. It felt like watching a swim meet, it was boring watching it, but would probably be exciting if I was doing it.

It's funny how people get offended by the redneck reference...but can you blame them? Hell, they even sell confederate flags at those events...pathetic.
