T-Mac played awesome. who cares its one game! he is on a team that has only David Lee to rely on. give martin more time. is Tmac's occasional explosive offense worth 23 mil. we can afford an ego like that. K-Mart will only get better and feel more comfortable.

    BIG GAME TOMORROW!!!

Please help me out im not commenting on if Morey got a good deal or not i want to understand how you guys beleive that throwing mac off the team helped his trade value my point is even if you think we got good value for mac its obvious that if we let him play we would of got even more

If it's so obvious, then please share your insights. Construct a trade scenario that could have been more desirable than the one we got.

Go find a Knicks forum so you guys can all go circle jerk each other and talk about T-mac and how sexy his frog eyes are. You make me sick.

im pretty sure they were getting insurance money for every game after surgery. and on top of that they probably didnt want to risk injuring their trade bait. especially when most teams realy wanted him for his expiring contract.

I've been a TMAC defender... not huge fan, but just an objective defender. Tmac should have gotten a chance, but he didnt and it sucks. But lemme put to the TMAC fans like this.....

It was nice while he was here and putting up big numbers... but it all boils down to playoff success... we didnt have any while he was here. I AGREE that he didnt have the support to advance and i dont blame that on him.

But TMAC Fans need to realize that the TMAC-YAO ERA is over and the experiment failed. It's clearly the time to move on. A great example of something similar is BRETT FAVRE. Dude tore it up in Minnesota, but the Packers had to move on.

Same thing with the Rockets. YES TMAC probably can still put up 20-30ppg, but the Rockets organization is ready to begin a new era without him..regardless of his abilities. Even if we did want to bring him back, there were no guarantees that he would be back..thus, we lose him for NOTHING.

With the trade, we get Kevin Martin, Jordan Hill whose got a lot of potential, and future picks. This sets us up very nicely for the future.

Time for a new era...the RA Era!

I sure never said he can't play anymore, but it's obvious he didn't want to play for us. Move on.

If you're a Rockets fan you'll just move on, our future is brighter, we have a TON of flexibility right now. ONE bad game doesn't mean the entire future is dim, you forget our best player has not played a game all year.

I think you have trouble understanding the two words:

    MOVE ON

I can start a million threads about what couldve been...but im not, because Im not an idiot. If you wanna continue argument, do it on the knicks board, the team that has tmac
