Rick was just tired of his antics bro. That crap he pulled last Feb sealed his fate with the Rockets. C'mon now, Mcgrady is to blame as well. Nevertheless, that is in the past and Mcgrady looks to having a pretty decent start in reviving his career with a team that needs the help. At least be content with that. Kevin Martin was a great choice as his replacement. Both will have good careers where they are. It's a win-win situation.

 

Rockets, specifically Rick, screwed this up. I guess T-Mac can still play after all. Hey, what happened to the whole he can't play in an uptempo style anymore?

The only redeeming thing about the whole situation is that Morey managed to turn T-Mac/Landry into several worthy assets. But Rick should never have put Morey in the situation where he had to trade Mac.

I don't know for sure, but my guess is Adelman didn't make the decision on his own. He, Morey and Les Alexander were in total agreement the Rockets didn't want anything to do with McGrady.

It's understandable many make Adelman out to be the "bad" guy.

 

What an awesome night for basketball. Watching the end of the Knicks game during Rockets halftime. Finish watching Rockets game. Then watch Carl Landry ball with the Kings.
