I dont know about you guys but I think everyone kind of overreacted when T-Mac announced surgery. And I always wanted him to stay here but, for the better of the team, we had to trade him. I'm sure if given the playing time he would have been a good player. BTW what about the good moments? T-Mac in the play-offs doing all he can, big reason for 22 game winning streak. 13 in 35 against the spurs. Give the man the props.

So much for Mory being a Wizard. Had they just given the man some PT instead of letting emotions getting in the way of business they would have realized that we didnt have to give up Landry. T-Mac is nowhere near washed up.

IF Tracy averages 20+ for the Knick for the remainder of the season, Rick Adelman should be fired. I'm not a McGrady fan at all, but this would prove that Adelman let his ego get in the way of what was best for the team. I can't see McGrady being able to do this, but if it happens it looks really bad on the Rockets around the league.

So I went "to extreme lengths to hate" because I pointed out the obvious that 19 points in one half often doesn't lead to a 30 point game.

So who exactly is the extremist here? Who is a bit over-sensitive?

so 19 point first half isnt "well on the way" to 30 points? Then what is it?

i see what youre saying but you have to admit how a post like that can be construed as 'hate' .... given the history with tmac and this board.

I have always felt that Rick was lying, it was obvious. Anytime a man scores 10 points in 7 minutes and a coach says " I just dont see how we can fit him into the rotation" that coach is full of BS....especially with the way that our current starting SG was playing...

What I wonder though, is whether it was just Rick or was it really management and Rick had no choice but to make excuses for not playing him because management was fed up?

For those not watching the Knicks game, T-Mac hasn't played in the 4th quarter and the Knicks are currently down 87-91. The fans are cheering "we want T-Mac!" One one hand, it's kind of funny; on the other, NY fans are so passionate! T-Mac is in and gets a standing ovation...haha this is fun.

No, I think it's hypersensitive nonsense. It should be expected McGrady would have a huge drop-off in the 2nd half. He's been out of the NBA quite some time. You people that could actually construe "hate" in that post are no different than the "haters" you criticize and I'm tired of you both.

He's back in. Let's see what happens. I really don't give a flip about 30 points. I care about the game because I follow the Thunder.
