I think what you fail to mention in this thread is the over-all talent level. The question I would ask is once you get past the top five of each team then what? Remember the Rockets bench out scores the starters on many nights.
To me, it has nothing to do with the players. The talent is certainly comparable - it has everything to do with coaching. The only thing I take away from this is Rick Adelman is a damn good coach and we shouldn't ever let him go. I've said from the beginning that NJ has a lot of talent, but for some reason they've been unable to put it all together. We should thank our lucky stars we have Rick Adelman, he's been terrific and it's a shame he had to begin this year without an extension. Rick Adelman should be the coach of this team for as long as he can.
A little bit A little bit Yes A little bit Yes It's a 3:2 to me. Plus you cannot have a team mainly depends on young players as Nets currently does, there should be some experienced players such as Scola and Battier on court.
The nets are tanking and if they get wall or anyone to sign they will have a brighter future than the rockets. We need to pray those picks turn out good because I have no confidence in yao and kmart of staying healthy.
makes much more sense this year, last year was just an abberation. This year they are truly who they really are.
