Sounds awesome. Financially-speaking, I don't even need a roommate, but after reading that ad I want to rent his room.

 

My god, I keep seeing this posted everywhere. Even my friend emailed it to me.

OK, none of you are going to believe me, but this is 100% true.

I *LIVED* with this guy in college.

He was a druggie and had an underage girlfriend (she was 16, he was 26... and this was like 6 years ago) that he would constantly bang with the door wide open, one night they got really drunk and had a jerry springer style throwdown where he ended up throwing a dinner plate through the wall and got himself evicted.

So yeah, small world.

Sounds like that guy is on borrowed time for a lengthy jail stint.

 

Great timing with this post. I was having doubts about my current roommate, but this reminds me that it could be worse.
