How much PT is Hill likely to see early on?

I should have never doubted DM. It was out of pure frustration and my love of T-MAC. Truthfully Morey is the best pickup the rockets have gotten in the past years. It all starts at the top. Look at his body of work in the last few years. The man never ceases to amaze.

HANDS DOWN BEST GM IN THE GAME!!

I think Sloan is the best teacher, but Adelman cant be that far behind

Most likely Rockets will get unprotected 2013 first round pick from New York if that's the case.

Well under Adelman they did make the Western Conference Finals and looked a good chance at winning the series before D. Stern got involved.

Besides we 3 first round draft picks (including Hill) with potentially 2 of them being Top 10, even 1 in the top 5.. We got NY to make the trade that they did not want to do.. Best thing we could have gotten by far.. And everyone seems to agree that we made a steal.

We should all become fans of the Cavs, Heat, and Toronto for the rest of the season. The farther they all go the less chance NY has of getting a superstar.

    Yeah Sloan is in there.

Other guys i'd put in there are Popovich, I'd like to say Phil but I think he does a good job generally just getting the best out of his entire team.

Adelman is definitely top 5 in teaching, if not top 3.

Remember how good Bibby and Peja were under Adelman as young players? Plus Adelman brought out the best in Cwebb, if it were not for those iffy calls...

Iono.. I'm a little disappointed in this trade. Morey could've done better.

He should've picked up the chicken and rice stand and the trophy from NY on the way out.

exactly, everyone who knows basketball is saying morey just pulled a fast one on everyone..............the only people complaining are the same people who propose ridiculous trades where your team is ripping someone off, (which morey kinda did)

the rockets got the best player in the deal.......they got jordan hill who would be a lotto pick if he stayed in college for another year.... right to swap picks next year, knicks pick in 2012, jeffries is a versatile defender who can be very good on a good team, yes he has an extra year on the contract, but if the rockets come back healthy next year he can be a very valuable guy, jeffries, battier and ariza and yao and lowry/ab should be a formidable defense

tmac was leaving anyway, so basically you gave up landry for all that.

True enough. The funny thing is, because Utah owns the Knicks' 2010 first rounder, we all need to root hard for the Knicks to win THIS year, then immediately hope for them to lose NEXT year. I mean EVERY GAME.

(FYI, to anyone thinking that they don't want the Knicks to lose TOO much and have the worst record in the league for fear of them getting the #1 overall pick and the Rockets losing their swap right, even the worst team in the league only has a 25% chance at the #1 pick. Go ask Sacramento, which had the league's worst record last year yet ended up picking #4. Sure, they got Evans. But, still.)

BimaThug, what happens if the Knicks do get the number 1 pick in 2011? Is our right to swap picks deferred to 2013? That isn't so clear to me.
