that girl sounds like she actually knows **** about basketball. could make some money in the business
I just have a funny feeling Jeffries is going to see minutes behind Scola and Hayes at the big man spots. He's tall, rangy, very active defender, will be quicker than most bigs, and can go out on the floor a little bit. I would expect him to shoot around 35% from the 3-point line on those wide open looks created off Martin/Brooks/Lowry.
I am expecting Scola's minutes to go up. I like Jordan Hill alot (I am the guy who said he has Bosh-like upside), and he has played very well in the limited minutes he got with the Knicks (the game log can agree with me on that). It is either him or Jefferies (who is 6'11", long and can play D). Should be interesting to see what they do. Maybe even have an Armstrong-Andersen duo at times.
don't marry an avid Knicks fan, you'll never hear the end of it... she probably thinks our championship was a fluke and will eat your soul.
I'd just like to take this thread in a slightly different direction by being among the first to post I'd tap that JJ video chick.
From watching the Knicks Jeffries actually can play a little bit -- I think he can get some burn at 4/5. Hill, on the other hand, is not ready. Also Shane can probably play some 4 when we go small. He played mostly four in college.
