BATTIER!!! its a no brainer. battier is a professional and mature enough to not let being benched effect his game. he will give the rockets his all and still be a leader. Ariza came here to start and make an impact. nothing will hurt his confidence more than the bench.
I voted for Ariza as coming off the bench and it makes more sense as Ariza could benefit as a second unit go to guy with no major drop off in defense. If Ariza's hot on a given night then you can stay with him. Lots of option now and none of them wrong.
