    to the Rox: Martin, Hilton, Hill, and Jeffries + picks (2011 (option - top 1 protected) and the 2012 (top 5 protected))
    to the Kings: Landry, Dorsey, and Hughes
    to the Knicks: McGrady and Rodriguez

    Kenny Thomas is NOT in the trade, meaning not only is Les taking a major financial hit with this deal this season, . . .

    Morey STILL got the Rockets under the luxury tax this season!!!

    I think he may have a deal in the works to trade Brian Cook for Lebron James next.

    Why do you think it's certain that the Knicks will be good in 2012? Why? Because they'll have money to sign a good free agent?

    Let's assume Lebron stays in Cleveland, which is the most likely scenario:

    So they get a good free agent and resign Lee. What depth do they have? It takes more than 2 players to be a good team. the Knicks don't even have their draft pick this year.

    If I'm a Knicks fan, I'm furious and am trying to sell my season tickets for the next 3 years .

    The only two stars coming to Knicks are Johnson and Boozer.

    I mean, who doesn't want to play with a core of Curry, Douglas, Gallinari and Chandler.

    I think people are overlooking jeffries. If you're trying to beat la in the west or dallas, you need a jeffries type of player. He's laterally quick and moves his feet and wiry strong. As a defender, he's in the horry mode. I dont like given up landry, but to get hill and swap a pick and a 2012 pick is great move. If the rockets got that for tracy, what could we get for yao? Brook lopez maybe? If the nets strikeout in free agency, they would be on speed dial.

    Exactly, and what people on this board fail to realize is what that $7 Million could buy next season:

    The Knicks most likely will be picking between 8 and 13 this year and that is not worth $7 Million.
