I was wondering how the incoming money affects us as well.

How much money would this give us to sign a free agent in the offseason, assuming that Scola and Lowry get their bump up in pay?

I always thought Martin's contract was a lot worse but that isn't bad considering it will be a max deal after the new CBA is signed. We should be getting 3 new players next season to help out the team...

    1st round pick
    MLE
    LLE

So things are just starting to take shape.

That's not quite correct, Armstrong and Sergio have no contract next year and can be renounced if the Rockets don't want to extend them to a qualifying offer to make them Restricted Free Agents.

Yeah, my bad. The Armstrong and Sergio numbers for next year are the qualifying offers....

The two qualifying offers turn into RFA's and if we don't extend an offer, which we wont, the effective trade was TMac, Dorsey, and Landry for Kevin Martin.
