    The only major positive I see from this trade is T-mac & Landry playing against the Rockets two times this season(early March, and mid April). Should be the highlight of a craptastic season.... that is if T-Mac doesn't get bought out or traded to the Knicks.

    That may be true, but it also means Landry could've been used as a primary bait for a more favorable trade. We could've packaged Landry as a separate deal to obtain even better players.

    It sucks that we had to give up Landry, but almost everyone here clamored to get rid of McGrady. This is the price to get rid of him. It sucks, but life goes on. :rolleyes:

    Not to mention, this trade will make our bench even better. W e exchange one 20+ pts. scorer for another and the rest are pluses because neither T-mac nor Dorsey were getting any playing time. I like the trade.

    If this happens then would we have any cap space for anything in the offseason? After re-signing Lowry and Scola wouldn't we be or at or near the max?
