    I actually am watching the game from the link. They mentioned that Salmons is sitting but from what they have gathered, it has nothing to do with a trade for McGrady. Another team is getting Salmons from what the broadcasters have heard

    This is not good ... if Bulls can trade Salmons without Rockets, then they don't need to trade for T-Mac as the other pieces offered are already expirings. And they're not sitting Miller or Thomas together with Salmons for the game.

    Not the sort of news to wish for heading into the last day before trade deadline ...

    It may have been reported as one trade, but I am sure that it was not. Gooden must have been in a trade by himself, either in the Dallas-Washington trade, or this one.
