Seems like Amar'e off the block.

Too bad, the Suns prbly would have dropped out of the playoffs without him and I still would not mind sneaking into the playoffs :(

Rockets get James, Salmon and Jeffries
    NYKs get McGrady
    Bulls get Hughes

If that is the deal, there better be some real good picks thrown our way

Morey may not want it to, but I can see it going down to the wire. But in the end, I see Morey getting what he wants. I dont know whether the Knicks have anything else lined up, so I am assuming they do not. So basically if they dont do this trade with us, they still have jeffries for the for-seeable future and no attractive lure to bring in a big talent besides the money through FA.

With the Mcgrady trade, they can now afford 2 max players, plus they have a former all star who may have some left in the tank to bring in big names. I dont really see Mcgrady being the game changer for bringing in big talent through FA, but its better than the Knicks not having him.

Im curious, what part of my post do you think im appreciative or rather even unappreciative of TMac? Furthermore, if you think offering seemingly obvious facts about a situation constitutes crap or blindly representing a viewpoint, perhaps you should go to realgm or the espn boards. Perhaps there someone would care to "listen" to you.

Did you read that somewhere, or are you assuming cause the Cavs didn't get him? Not that I'm trashing you or anything, I'm just curious.

Wow, you accurately predicted that the Cavs would trade their only legitimate package for the PF that they've been rumored for months to be after.

    Hand over the reigns Clutch.

We shall now refer to this website as JoseFans.net

How can you possibly believe that he would have, in your own words, career threatning surgery, if he didn't need it? That makes absolutely no sense. Also, let me refer you back to the video with the Rockets trainer and team doctor where both of them say that he did need microfracture surgery before the season even started but they all chose not to do it because it was career threatning.

yeah what you said is a valid point but however the bulls will not get any worse from now on for the next few seasons seeing rose is only going to get better and noah and deng can only improve as they become more experienced. any pick we get from them will be in the 15-25 range (they aren't good enough to be top 5 in the league).

salmons is a legit player however with the growth of rose he has failed to adapt to a role where he doesn't get teh ball in his hands much. with aaron brooks being not exactly a pure pg I could see salmons becoming a valid starting shooting guard for us. (battier is just way too old and he goes 1-10 half of the time)

its just that I doubt morey is willing to take on any big contracts at all. if he wants I'd love for him to take on deng and we give them hughes expiring contract. but since when did Morey ever take a long contract ever since he got here?

It's just a rumor right now, that the Suns will try to extend his contract or sign and trade him this offseason.

They're both whatever trades. Really I hope McGrady gets traded just so I can see him play ball again.

he wasnt playing well to begin with and heard trade rumors about himself so he might have taken the surgery to block a trade that he wasnt in favor of
which is probably why he didnt tell anybody with the team

I'd do that trade with the bulls and knicks if we get at least one pick from the bulls and two picks from the knicks. and also its a must that we get james johnson from the bulls too.

a low first rounder is nowhere near enough to get rid of salmons 6 million next year
