I was actually thinking about that.

This plus maybe a pick from the Clippers. Would be interesting in my mind.

That is a very realistic trade.

PHX has always liked Tyrus Thomas, and have been trying their best to get rid of Jrich.

IDK if the Bulls get rid of Noah though, but with what Cleveland was offering. I'm not sure the Bulls would have to.

    hmmmmmmmmm

is it possible that john salmons gets flipped here to houston when we get larry hughes from new york and then flip him to chicago for salmons???

    that'll be intriguing.

we'll get the bulls 1st rounder too!!!

    sounds like a morey move

no doubt tmac talking to stephen A smith first was an act of petulance and embarrassing to the rockets, however the fact of the matter is, it had no bearing whatsoever on whether or not he would have been traded... do you really believe he would have passed the physical required for trades to be validated? Do you really believe T-mac who not only believed he needed microscopic knee surgery, but would subsequently have the surgery mere weeks later would have passed any kind of physical? Again despite whatever tantrum/disagreements/misunderstanding he had with the rockets, his interview with steven A had no bearing on his status as a rocket.

yeah the difference is Yao didnt get season ending and possibly career threatening surgery without telling the team when he really didnt need it in the first place

It can't be a deal with us, if Salmons was the ONLY Bulls player asked to stay in the hotel. For McGrady, it'd obviously require multiple players. Salmons will go to a contender, most likely SA in a deal with Mason. Orlando was rumored earlier as well. And since the Bulls got this deal, thus their pulling out reports for McGrady.

Come on at least be honest about the situation. Tmac didn't want to be traded so he called his PR man SA Smith to announce to the world that he is injured and will undergo surgery. It was a 100% stunt to stop a trade. If you want to say even with that the Rockets could have handled the situation different that is okay. But to come on this board and act like Tmac didn't try to f%#k the Rockets over last trade deadline is just not accurate.

I for one am not sure I would have handled it the same way that Les did. I am not a Tmac fan. I think he is lazy and selfish and is only working hard for his contract year but I do believe Tmac still has a lot to contribute. And he did seem to comeback with a better attitude mostly doing what he was asked mostly. He could have helped us this year and is much better than Arriza or battier offensively. People will see that once he starts playing again.

You realize that contracts have to be close to matching for a trade to work, right?
You can check out my trade posted a few comments above, its hard to match salaries with the Clippers.

Oh, silly me. That's what it was. Going up off his injured left knee had nothing to do with it.

I agree, there are millions of other threads to whine and complain about Tmac. In the past now...
