Bulls falls out of consideration for TMac trade

i dont see what we were going to do with a bunch of expirings anyways. we could just pick them up in the off season.

right now, our best use of tmac would be to get....

1. under luxury tax
2. draft picks

...considering we aren't getting any one of mid or greater talent.
