If this trade goes sour, I lay the blame directly at Smoothie's feet.

I'd guess, Bonner, and Mason. Since, it was only Salmons being the one told to stay home?

I agree.. Every year during this time is madness. Not only that but what's funny is that everyone is soooo focused on McGrady what about other players?? I wouldn't be surprised if we had another Rafer/ Lowry type deal being discussed.

The problem with waiting too long is that morey won't have much time to swing another deal. But at the same time, if he gets what he wants. He may not need to. But morey definitely excels when he has flexibility.

Yeah, it seems odd, that both Tyrus, or Hill play a position of strength for us.

It's all about the Knicks finding someone to take Jeffries. If they cannot, imo I think Morey is waiting them out and expecting the Knicks to give in. If the Rockets are the only team willing to take on Jeffries, then the Knicks must do the deal, otherwise they only have space for 1 max FA contract.

Not too sure just guessing lol. I know Mason's contract is up and I dunno about McDyess. It was rumored that SA wanted Ty Thomas.

Houston was asking for 2 1st round picks iirc, Ty Thomas, Miller, and Taj Gibson was it, or maybe James Johnson. It was posted somewhere in this long thread, however, I dont remember the source or where it was coming from.

Rockets need to hurry up because if the Knicks do find someone else willing to take Jeffries...and maybe Hill...then the Rockets GET NOTHING! WE LOSE....GOOD DAY SIR!

Knicks will just wait for us to buy Tmac out and come out with everything...know when to hold em and fold em Morey....

Well, if we were getting another PF, that would mean we're decided we're going to roll with Landry, and either Thomas, or Hill. Which would also imply, we are going to trade Scola to potentially get some value right?

I would LOVE JOHN SALMONS. however he aint coming here. otherwise brad miller or tyrus thomas would be pulled from the game too.

man, the suspense continues to build
