Is Griffin going to start this season at PF or is MoT? Also will Nachbar start at the SF? Or Griffin at 3 and MoT at 4? Which do you all think is the most likely scenario?
I imagine that Griffin or KT will start the season at the 4, since MoT's suspended for the first 5 games of the year. Between those two, just based on experience, I'd give the nod to KT. I think Glen Rice will start at the 3, at least if healthy. If not, Griffin may see some starts there, but I wouldn't be surprised to see Nachbar thrown into the fire off the bat either. Patience will be the key, though, because I imagine both Griffin and Nachbar (and Ming, for that matter) will be starting by midseason unless injuries or performance dictate otherwise.
griffin is not a 3, so that's right out. i doubt he starts at the 4 right away unless he tears it up at training camp. imo, that leaves kenny as the starter until mo gets back from the suspension. cato kenny rice mobley francis look familiar?

Griffin will not start. Maurice is our man and that's how its going to be. However, Griffin may play more minutes. One thing I love about Maurice is that he can play center on occasion. Remember what a sweet shooting big man can do for your offense(45). I missed the guy last year. I can't wait to see him shoot that 18 footer again and turn down court like he's done it a million times. Webber has that sweet shot too, but I don't see many complaining about the way he plays.
KT deserves to start. He's earned it. MoT deserves to sit on the bench and watch KT and Griffin play. If Mo doesn't get fat after 10 games on the bench, then I'll consider let him play, if I was the coach.

He probably will, especially for the first 5 games, unless he is traded. Griffin isn't ready for a starter's role, but he will get big minutes at both the 4 and 5 (or Taylor will slide over to the 5).

The safe bet would be to say that KT starts and EG off the bench since that was the lineup last year, but that is what pre-season is for, to help decide who should be where in the line-up. We have 5 guys slotted in two positions where a normal rotation would only require 3, max 4. Somebody will be sitting a lot if a move isn't made or and injury doesn't occur. Let the pre-season begin !
