Well its called dynasty mode, and it sucks compared to 2k. You cant get realistic stats for your players or teams. Most teams avg about 50/60 pts per game even when you bump the time up to 12 min quarters. You can lead the league in scoring with 20pts per game. The online play is great though, and the over gameplay is good. Try the team up online on Live, it is tons better than 2k. I play on a 360 btw. If they could incorporate the two games, it would be awesome. 2k is too buggy and tons of lag online, and Live's dynasty mode is crap.
Yeah, I had 2K10. The association/dynasty mode got boring after a while. I remeber on nba live 06 after a couple of years other teams would offer you to be their GM. That was pretty cool. I don't even bother playing online on 2K10... I don't have the patience for the crappy online play. I agree, it lags too much. Do you play the My Player mode? I got bored of that too... I might buy 2K10 again though.
So you managed to trade Scola, David Andersen, and Jermaine Taylor for Wade, O'neal, and Ilgauskus. Now that's realism.

i like to keep the same line up as the real life rockets have, usually i play one season like that, then my next season I'll turn on trade, trade deadlines, and all that other stuff and simulate a normal season where anything could happen.
