Hurting from their laser-engraved diamond studded championship rings putting too much stress on their wrists. Better eventual player or not, it kept Kobe from leaving, got them top seed for 2(and probably 3) years, and a ring.

So if we make the playoffs, who is that took us there?

Like the grizz, it would be a collective team effort. It's not like Pau Gasol was scoring out of this world when he played for memphis. They also had a pretty defensive minded coach and Shane Battier.

Totally irrelevant...the two brothers should not even be a comparison, but rather the pre-Pau and post-Pau Lakers franchise. That should speak for itself, why the Lakers won that trade.

Well Landry Is younger, more explosive and works just as hard as Luis, when Yao comes back I think I can see landry next to him he's a reliable mid-range shooter just like Luis, but unlike Luis if Yao kicks it to him from the double team landry is going in to either, get a foul, and-one, or just a posterization. And plus we wouldn't have to worry about landry till a couple years to re-new his contract.

Landry does NOT work as hard as Luis, especially on defense.

Carl goes after the ball like a starving man searching for a meal on offense but on defense he is too busy thinking about getting out on offense.

He is pretty bad on defense.

Luis is good on both ends.....

It appears Scola, Lowry, Budinger and to a lesser degree Landry don't appear to be safe. One of those will likely be moved. Might be looking at one of them one last time in their final 3 games before the td.

If we only trade t-mac we won´t get significant talent back and this team + yao is not a contender.

Not true..Scola has some of the worst post defense i've seen. He does work harder on the defensive end though.

wow, you must not watch Rockets games.

Luis is no Chuck Hayes but Landry looks like Andersen out there sometimes.
