The only thing that ruins the play is the stupid commentary by Worrell and Co. !! Calling him Bud ? Let's party ?

Dorsey more athletic???? He can barely get over the rim. His long arms make him seem athletic.

Ariza more athletic??? Probably equal at most I think his lenght helps him too.

The only player more athletic than CBUdd is aaron brooks. all else equal and and brooks would clearly be better.

CBud seems more comfortable and less awkward than ariza. I see good things in his future. He can just do so much

It refers to a line in the movie Fast Times at Ridgemont High. "Hey Bud, lets party!"

Thats what Bill and Bull say when Budinger has a great play(which seems to be coming more and more often since his injury).

In the pre-draft combine Ariza had a max vert of 32 inches, Dorsey had a max-vert of 33 inches and Taylor had a max-vert of 37.5 inches. Air Bud had a max-vert of 38.5 inches. The best amongst the bunch has to be AB with a 39.5 inch vert.

Great dunk. I think his VB background is helpful. Speaking of his athletic family.....seems to me that a couple of months ago the camera crew showed his parents in the stands. I expected them to be blond/fair etc, bit IIRC they both had dark hair. I did not think he looked at all like his parents. (maybe I am wrong about all this).

I said it before, C-Bud is the official Steal of the Draft. He's totally playing better than some 1st rounders.

Thank you for using the word "Caucasian" in place of the word "white", we really appreciate that. We've come so far.

White, black, green, who cares what color he is? Bud is plainly a great athlete with skills to boot. He jumps more like a VB player going for a spike, carrying distance with the height. This allows him to dunk in stride, more like Clyde. He isn't very flashy, but these plays are easy for him. He's just not one to showboat, but I suspect we will see more highlights as he becomes comfortable in the league  . Reminds me of Richard Jefferson.... same school, similar demeanor, hops, and shooting abilities.

It would have been super cool if he went between the legs and dunked. He definitely had the angle.
