I get the feeling the current powers that are in charge of selection have a strong anti-ABA bias, even though by the end of the ABA the talent in the two leagues was already pretty close. Maybe time will lessen the bias, but time will also cause the old ABA stars to fade deeper into memory. Hopefully people won't forget about Gilmore, Mel Daniels, George McGinnis, etc faster than they let go of the anti-ABA bias.
This. His shot is perfection. His number's are crazy. He carried the Bucks and Supersonics for a while. He's clutch most of time and most importantly, he's a great guy off the court. Am I missing anything? A sure lock in my book.
He's evidently a giver. Most superstars probably have too much ego to go downtown and uptown and back again.
