Wow, I'm guessing they were not broadcasting at the time, because that was some harsh stuff from Harlan (albeit true).

Over here in Australia we sometimes get the direct feed before games or say as you guys over there go to the ad break. Its surprising whats said when they know there is a mic around.

Yeah, sometimes when I stream games online, they are an international feed...I have never understood why they wouldn't just show commercials

It takes some balls to go out in public with a diamond encrusted action figure of yourself hanging from your neck with the word "chosen" behind it anyway, but after the season/career Russell has had, it takes SERIOUS F'ING BALLZ!!!!

The necklace doesn't say "FOR WHAT" he has been "chosen". ;)

Care to start a list of what that "CHOSEN" might mean?

    I'll start the list...

    1. Chosen to sack himself.

Russell is totally worthless. At least he's blowing a lot of that money that he DIDN'T earn

If anyone deserves to be broke in 10 years, it's this guy.

I can't recall a bigger bust at the number 1 slot that everyone saw coming(except Al Davis that is).

Do people realize this guy actually had a 77 rating his second year in the league. I don't understand why people hate and want to see him fail so badly. biggest bust, hardly

Probably not that much. You'd be hard pressed to find another guy with that much (valuable) jewelry and a huge emblem on his necklace with his own picture and "chosen" on it.

We'll surely see Jamarcus in an "ex-NFL millionaire gone broke" story one day.

Because ESPN wants him to fail and they alter public perception more than people think.

Every time I watch NFL Countdown there is something showcasing how awful the Raiders are, nothing about the Rams who lost 4 more games then Oakland, nothing about any of the other ****ty teams, just a collection of Raider blunders.

Yeah we get it Tom Jackson, you hate the Raiders because we always kicked your sorry ass.

I didn't realize Russell had a pretty decent year last season till I was listening to some guy talk about Mark Sanchez before the Conference Championship games. he started talking about Russell's second year. the way people rag on russell, i was shocked.

that's not to say he didn't look terrible this year, but his career is hardly over
