a lot of developing stories from this game, like lowry's injury and Shane's mustache. If anyone can pull a mustache, it has to be shane..right?

    Good win.

Guys, last post of the night before taking my lady to the M casino in Vegas.

Actually a repost: only guys that are worthing keeping because of their talent and yout: Lowry, Landry, and Brooks. Everybody is fair game, including C-Bud.

    Have a great evening, everybody!

The losing streak is snapped. I'm hopeful that this is a confidence booster for the guys. We're not that far out from being back in the thick of things again.

I'm waiting with anxiety to see what we get out of Tracy's impending trade. I hope he's taken with Brian Cook and that the core is left in-tact.

I really think the anxiety plays a role in how the guys are doing on the court. They all know that it's a business, but the uncertainty dwelling the back of their minds must be somewhat influential.

Finally the losing streak is broken.
This team goes as far as AB carries them. He's the only one who can create for himself and score a lot of points. He can break the defense of the entire opponent team. If there is one of this team that should go to the all-star game, I pick AB. Though Landry scored a lot in the fourth today, he has yet to prove that he can score over stronger post defenders and consistently break the double-teams.
The signing of Conroy was a great move. I am always worried about the PG situation as with their style of play, either AB or Lowry is bound to miss some games during the long season. AB played the entire second half, he has to have breathers or he will not last long. I look forward to seeing Conroy if Lowry has to sit.
Budinger is lost in the offense. And he is not good at defense either. I really
hope coach could call a few plays for him at the offensive end, but it seems not to happen. What's the point of the last substitution? Bud for Scola? I really do not understand as Bud can not defend, and Scola probably will never ask to be taken out of the game. Someone please enlighten me.

we lost 3 games in a row, and only win 1 game today.
Still a long way to go!!! I won't forget the spurs game.

Budinger was brought in because Portland was going to foul and Adelman wanted good FT shooters/ball handlers out there. It paid off as Chase was the one Portland ended up fouling, though he only made 1 of 2.

You could argue why Ariza was kept in given his FT-shooting woes.

Lowry said he'll take an MRI tomorrow and get an official prognosis, right now he's calling it a sprained knee

Thank god for brooks, he's been carrying us all season long so far he's been the only bright spot to look forward to going into the future. He's turning into a legit all-star.

They must have been thinking about the Houston Texans and how to make game interesting.
