I made a thread saying that this team is a mediocre team, a lot of people say I am not a true fan, I am stupid, I am a douche-bag, now what......
CBud was told to emulate Battier on defense not on offense. He is a much better offensive player than Battier but he plays the O exactly like the player that he should not emulate ever except on Defense. He is just hanging around mostly in the corners and looks to pass first like Battier rather than to look to score first. The Rockets have "PG's" who look to score first rather than organize the offense and set their team mates up so CBud should be a little more selfish and try to score at every opportunity and not wait for the set up that rarely comes from the guards.
You are celebrating a loss by tooting your own horn. Hence, you're a stupid douchebag and not a true fan.
That to me, seems like the most logical way for a team to play against the Rockets on the offensive end IMO since they have no real shot blocking presence down low.
Pretty sure most people got the same memo earlier in the year. There is a reason why, once Landry started getting hyped and doubled (Scola has gotten the double treatment from a couple of teams since last season), our production has dropped. Honest, I am usually one not calling for change, but damn, I almost would like to see Taylor eat some minutes at this point.
Even without Carmelo, I thought we would lose. With Carmelo, I thought we would get crushed. We simply can't defend well enough and can't reliably score. It is that simple. Look at our starters ... Hayes (at best a role player; a marginal NBA player at all) Scola (solid role player) Battier (okay role player whose best years are behind him) Ariza (mediocre role player who has been asked to do too much) Brooks (boardline starter) You can't expect us to win many games with our talent level especially since we defend with this lineup.
Well, tonight you will see lots of the negative posters come out. Can't say I blame them, they've got a right too after the last 3 losses, specially the Chicago one.
Doesn't feel like it.. I think it's just another ****ty performance by the Rockets while having their "down the stretch" collapses. Sincerely I've gotten use to it.
AM I THE ONLY ONE THAT SEES WHATS REALLY GOING ON.WE DON'T WHAT TO WIN THIS YEAR.DM AND RA ARE NOT THIS r****dED.THINK PEOPLE
Taylor has shown that he can get to the rim if he is set up,but I'm disappointed that he hasn't been able to shoot the jumper. Sending him to the D-League is not a bad idea.
Not sure if this was posted, but it looked loopsided in the free throws since the Nuggets had 39 and we had 19. Sometimes the refs make me miss the replacement ones.
A Step Closer To John Wall... Perhaps before the trade deadline coming, we already have been in Lottery!!!
