Don't forget that those stats are inflated in D'antoni's system.

The Mavs were the exact opposite of that today against the Knicks.

Been saying as much flak as Nate Robinson has gotten for his immaturity, Chris Duhon just sucks Rafer Alston style. They need actually need Nate to take minutes, not sit out.

How can someone be this bad in Mike D's offense?

Lets hope he picks it up so the Knicks can squeeze into a playoff spot.

The main reason why Duhon is still playing is because of his AST/TO Ratio. It's 7th in the NBA. It's better than Deron Williams and Steve Nash's. Just something to keep an eye out for. I do notice in Knick game he doesn't turn it over that often. He's a sucky shooter, so him being like Rafer isn't a bad comparison at all since Rafer was basically the same way.

The flaw with this reasoning is that every missed shot essentially becomes a turnover. Teams generally get more defensive rebs than the opponent gets offensive rebs, so majority of his shots are like turnovers because they give the opponents an extra possession. In the case of Reefer, his tos were very low, but if you add the extra possessions the opponent had because of his missed shots (and remember under JVG nobody stayed to fight for offensive rebs, everyone got back to prevent transition layups) then the opponent had so many extra possessions.
