Could you give me an overview of what you think will happen with Mobley signing, is Rashard still to upset with the Rockets to consider signing here (mabye one year deal until we have some cap room), and is Croshere showing interest coming to Houston or is Houston showing interest trying to get Croshere. Also, Do you think the rockets have a legitamate chance of trading up (with Cato, Drew, or KT). Also what do you think of a sign & trade deal with Mobley?
I know the last serious draft they had two years ago, except for Dickerson every other pick blew away the experts on who they thought the rockets would take. Do you think they will pick foolishly again. It seems they do better picking 2nd rounders than 1st.
    Thanks

Let me stress some the things Crisco just said:

    [*]Mobley will sign.

[*]Rashard will not be a Rocket.

    [*]Houston is interested in Croshere.

    [*]Rockets probly wont move up.

[*]No trade of Mobes less he wants it.

    [*]Rockets will not pick foolishly.

    [/list]

...there...I thought bullets would add credibility, so that no one would argue your points.

That is assuming that HeyPartner adds credibility, which in itself is a massive leap of faith.

    Had to be said Partner....

PS..Probly should probly be spelled Probably.

How can such an innocent looking thread turn into a discussion of Crisco's credibility and special purpose?

I am assuming he has a special purpose just like The Jerk.

There, now this is one of the most pointless threads in the history of pointless threads.

Adding to the pointlessness. Let me stress a few points.

    Mobley will sign.

Rashard will not be a Rocket.

    Houston is interested in Croshere.

    Rockets probably wont move up.

No trade of Mobes less he wants it.

    Rockets will not pick foolishly.

The bolding adds credibility. HP-You need to keep on going. The way the Finals are going, you're only gonna have 2 more games to get 43 more posts.

Rimmy reads me like a book.

hmmm, I dont think this is a really badly pointless thread. Its not like Smeg, or BobFinn has posted in it yet.

BTW, I like probly. Im to lazy to type ab. But now I just typed three sentnces explaining this so all the time I saved not typing ab has gone down the drain. Thank you DaDakota.

    Hey Crisco,

While we are on the subject of The Jerk..

did you know that the scene where he is in bes with his wife explaining how long each day they have know each other has seemed to him (the first day was like 1 week, etc) was improvised completely by Steve Martin in one take? The director had no idea what he was doing or anything - they were going to cut it until they saw it on film and thought it was funny.

Just a little trivia, carry on.

    Wha was this thread about?

    rimmy,

I did not know that. The Jerk rocks. One of my fav parts was near the beggining when he asked :

"You mean Im gonna stay this color?"

and of course the evil cat juggling.

    lol

    Rimmy,

I got one for you, remember in Raiders of the Lost Ark, where Harrison Ford is faced with a swordsman swinging his blade around, and Harrison shot him?

That was improved by Harrison, he was supposed to fight the guy, but it was like the 10th take and he was tired, so he just ad libbed it. Speilberg loved it and put it in the film.

    Ah...useless info is soooo good.
