    same here. I used to prefer Jay over Letterman. but,... After Conan leaves tomorrow, no more NBC for me!

    I agree with this. Now I just go to failblog.

    I watched maybe the first week of Tonight's Show with Conan, then I stopped until last week. 11:30 pm is usually too late for me, and even when I have the energy to watch tv (yup, it does require energy :p ), I'd choose Comedy Central and Adult Swim over network late night programs.

    I knew about Conan since his Late Night days from watching clips online. I've always been a fan of his skits and sharp wits, and I loved his award-show hosting gigs.

    However, these past two weeks Conan has been on fire and I find myself laughing nonstop while he rips NBC a new one. I'll definitely miss it.

    Didn't care for Leno before...can't stand him now. Will not be watching, but I didn't really watch him to begin with...just find him annoying.

    I did watch Conan once or twice a week...but I usually watch DVR recordings when his show is on.

    Sounds like NBC and Jay deserve each other

    I don't watch Stewart and Colbert as nearly as much as I'd like. Letterman I would watch and did years ago, but late night just isn't my thing anymore. I never cared for Leno, maybe seen some segments every now and then but that's it. I definitely won't watch him now though; not that I think he's entirely to blame but he's certainly not innocent in this whole mess. I never watched Conan but I knew the guy was funny...and any guy that is a part of the Simpsons glory years is ok in my book. I watched his first week, and have watched the past few weeks. I'll probably try and make it a point to watch him more if/when he gets a new show.

    One of my biggest beefs with Tonight Show/The Late Show is that they've become so ridiculously formulaic.

    The monologue is simply bad.
    Then there's a weak bit or banter that has no edge.
    Then they bring out a celebrity who's trying to push a movie or a book.
    Along the line there are a BAZILLION commercials.
    Then a musical performance by someone who is terrible (possibly lip sync'ing).
    More commercials and then show ends.

    yuk.

    I'll probably be the only one but yeah I'll watch it. I was a Leno fan AND a Conan fan and still am a fan of both of them and enjoy their routines.

    I love how it's just about de rigueur to diss Leno and ask how "anyone" can listen/watch Leno. I feel the same way about Letterman who is right up there with Jimmy Fallon as the unfunniest person on late night tv in my opinion but it's comedy, to each their *****in own. That's cool some folks like Letterman, so there's nothing wrong if some like Leno or if some in my case like Leno AND Conan(do).

    Glad this whole NBC mess if finally settled. Can't wait to see Conan on FOX later in the year.
