    The CTU head's haunch is getting really f-ing distracting. I know it's a dumb thing to get caught up on, but I'm really hoping he somehow gets offed soon.

    That is really hard even swallowing he could be head of CTU. He is doing everything wrong. There is just no way he is going to last as I think Jack is going to call him out and/or beat his ass by the end of the season. Or, the other new guy who saved the foreign president will. I'm just waiting for him to be beat to a bloody pulp. He may have already been beaten pretty good the way he hunches over all the time. He walks around like he is trying to not hit the ceiling with his head.

    I hope the Dana Walsh storyline somehow ties in with the plot cause that is the boringest filler material.

    So far i like the start of season 8 better than i did season 7. It has its pointless storylines like Dana Walsh but they've been doing that as long as 24 has been on the air. I am a little surprised the word nuclear is being used. I thought they were trying to avoid the larger plots and focus on the smaller ones.

    2 things

    1) I was gonna say this season is boring and I don't know if I'm ready for this again after the first 30 mins of hour 1. Now, by the end of hour 4 and the Renee handjob (ha), i'm in

    2) Anyone catch Jack saying "nuc-u-lar" ? How the hell did they not catch that/edit it/retake it??? Ridiculous for that to make it through
