Why not? That's what I like about Batman- he's a normal guy that could take down guys like that(provided enough time). I don't think Wolverine could get the job done. He'd get frustrated and loose his composure with all the tactics Bats would use. A berserker rage might come in handy against an idiot like Hulk, but it's suicide with Batman.
Alone, I don't think Logan could either. That's why he would have to team-up w/ Mystique and Hellboy. Those three together could put Bats out of his misery!
Bane took him down once, but he sent all of Arkhams worst after the Bat and just dealt with an exhausted Batman(breaking the rule of a team of three). One on one after the Bat recovered from his broken back, Batman kicked Bane's butt! Batman also has beaten Predator. He's teamed up with Spidey, but Spidey realized who DA'MAN was. He's also teamed up with Spawn (The image I most recall was a batarang lodged in Spawn's face) In the Marvel/DC Crossover, Batman and Wolverine were combined, but I can't recall his name. Guy Gardner Warrior(after his Vuldarian ancestry manifested itself) could do it.
My bad, should've read your post more thoroughly. How do you like's Spidey's chances by himself? The only way I see Batman taking him out is by using Mysterio's spider-sense-nullifying mist- and it's a longshot that he'd ever find any...
Spidey team-up w/ Captain America?! Maybe those two could do it. Hardly unlikely any one person could do it alone...jmo *God it feels good to be such a "fanboy"!
Being the world's greatest detective with that super computer, I think Bats would be able to create that mist as well.
