Made this tougher then it needed to be, seems to be the theme with the team lately!

Glad we pulled it off, everyone played their butts off

This was an embarrassing game to let the T-Wolves take it to triple overtime. I'm here in Minnesota and they wouldn't even show the game at the bar I was at because even Minnesotans know the T-Wolves suck.

I thought the game was poorly played (what other team makes the Wolves look like the Showtime Lakers?), poorly coached, and agonizing to watch. Glad the Rockets won, because this would have been a horrible loss.

I'm a bit worried about our point differential (point scored vs point allowed) . Currently it's sitting at +0.5 and that is the lowest in all the teams that are making the playoff at the moment (hack, it's even lower than Utah who is currently outside looking in for the playoff). The stat clearly indicates that we play too many close games and we are bound to win some and lose some (i.e. Knicks vs Minnesota). I hope we start learning quickly about putting games away that we should be putting away and improve on this stat.

that's just getting greedy, we shouldbe glad to be above .500 this season, an significant increase in point differential would probably put us as a top team in the west, is that really a realistic expectation for this team? That's why they are overachieveing, they keep the game close against everyone, which gives them a realistic possibility to win every single game. We've been in pretty much every game this season, we havent really had one of those games where we were down all game and lost and we've rarely been blown out.

the showtime lakers? Really? Minny played with no conscience and no fear, like any young team does. 7 times out of 10 it's going to amount to a loss. the other 3 times they'll get lucky and hit timely shots, like tonight

That was by far the ugliest win I've ever seen.

    Two bright spots-

There were many points when the Rockets could have mentally collapsed and given up. However, even though their shots weren't falling they kept their effort and energy high.

    Aaron Brooks.

So you did NOT watch the game...just saw the highlights on sportscenter i presume. Lovely...another poster who has no clue what the hell they're talkin' about..

The whole team was running on FUMES after the 1st quarter! They spent all of their energy building a 19pt 1st quarter lead. The bench looked really stiff and slow. Lowery struggled all night (0-8 fg). Andersen picked up 3 fouls in like 5 mins. Budinger couldnt play any defense and missed layups. Landry didn't play great, but played good enough to make a difference. The only players that were able to do ANYTHING were the starters...all played more than 50mins last night except Scola.

The only reason this game even went into 3OT because of missed FTs...which is the result of DEAD and TIRED LEGS...

    22-34 FTs

8-24 3pt (Brooks shoots 6-9, everyone else sux)

and I had my NBA online league pass going, but the ESPN gamecast was a little ahead of it so 15 seconds before I'd "see" what happened. gamecast would tell me. The worst part was seeing "Battier misses layup" - "Budinger misses layup" - "Lowry misses layup" etc over and over and over again on Gamecast. We missed SO many layups last night.

This should've been a 20+ pt victory, but give the Twolves credit for hanging on and competing when our guys couldnt take advantage of basic basketball.
