It appears that Mcgrady and Yao do the same workouts to return from major injuries, coincidence ? I think not. Lets follow the Mcgrady/Yao steps to getting injured and returning. Step One:Always go down at a crucial part of the season. Make sure fans are really hyped up about the team though. Step Two:Once injured make sure to isolate yourself from the team if the stress of being to injured gets to you reside to Chicago or leave the country. Step Three: Instead of working out and doing the proper routines to prevent another injury just relax the injury was just a random could happen to anyone. Step Four: While out for the season indulge yourself in all those nice sugary deserts. Make sure to avoid any vegetables or any sort of food that helps to strengthen the body.
