    i wasn't specifically looking for stop motion movies... i was looking for artsy animated films. but thanks for the recommendations.

    I been debating going to a local art school
    but MAN they are expensive

    Right now. Just been looking into animation etc on my own.

    Stop action looks like an ENORMOUS amount of work.

    Danny Elfman was in the trippy (though not fully animated like what you're looking for) Forbidden Zone.
