    If he's not BSing for the sake of the press, I guess there are still teams which may dump a star/near-star level player for pure monetary reasons.

    The thing with morey is that his definition of elite isn't the same of all these columnists. I mean, yeah, he'd probably love Bosh, Wade, etc. But I bet if he was offered a few "mediocre" guys he would consider for flexiblility in future trades.

    I don't think you have the definition of "elite" down? No "elite" player signs for the MLE, especially if they're only 24.

    He is not likely to get an elite player for McGrady. Capitalization is not needed.
    He is likely to be disappointed if his expectations are too high.

    I just have to laugh at these asinine statements. We gave Ariza a MLE and in return we got MLE talent.

    It sounds like you had your hopes on Ariza being the savior of this team during the signing. Get over it, we all knew Ariza wasn't going to give us more than what he was getting paid. I am sure with time he will become a better player.

    But i digress, stfu hating on Morey. IN MOREY WE TRUST!
