He won't have an NFL career, i for one wanted him to suck it up and go all out in his last game. But, we don't know how bad it was....we don't feel what he feels.

 

Such a shame that Colt got injury early; now we will really never know. Texas looked pumped early, then all the air went out of the balloon. But, give Gilbert and the rest their due, they battled to the end.

 

The funny thing is how I've been constantly labeled as a UT hater with no class when all I've been doing is pointing out how Alabama wasn't immediately trying to run up the score and Colt McCoy is a sissy boy.

 

Hey, it's our fight chant. Redneck??? considering that I was born and raised in Houston? Sorry that I go to the University of Alabama and that we just won the BCS Championship. At least show some class next time.

 

Um, how can you say the bolded quote and then call him out for being "wrong" on statements you know he made under the assumption that Colt would be playing? You won, congratulations. You won the national title, good for you. But the "you were wrong" ****-talking is a little extreme given the unique circumstances of this situation.

 

The funny thing is how you assume Colt is a sissy boy without having any knowledge whatsoever on his injury.

Letting myself get drawn into this petty debate...

1) Where the money is (scholarships, cost of living, jobs, etc.)

2) Where family is

3) Where your S/O is

4) Where your area of study is best

UT fans think everyone who didn't go to UT is because they couldn't get in. No wonder so many people can't stand these tards.

 

You just called everyone else biased (and, by extension, you as a source of objectivity) while simultaneously calling the winningest quarterback in the history of college football as a vagina without even knowing the extent of his injury. Yeah, that's not hater material at all...

I think Terence Cody proved tonight that he is better than Suh ad should be the first player taken in the draft. (sarcasm). Why is he an All American?

Saban is a genius and I can see Bama piling up championships for years to come. (according to ESPN)

But McElroy is a crummy QB. to think that Mark May was actually talking him up as more of a difference maker than Colt McCoy is pretty silly.

Texas showed a lot of guts and Shipley went out in style.

Until Texas can find an offensive line that doesn't get pushed around against even the Kansas Jayhawks of the world, they have no business beating an SEC powerhouse.

 

I wouldn't have said anything about everything he was wrong about if he wouldn't have made a point to remind everyone about the ONE thing he was right about.

 

Depends on variety of factors. Texas is a very good school but it's not the best at everything. I was a music major. UT has a very nice program but North Texas has arguably the best program in the country. Easy to choose a school other than UT.

 

You should be. They put up a helluva fight

Baseball
Football
Women's volleyball
Men's Basketball (currently ranked 2nd)

It would be nice if ONE team broke through in a title game (or series)...
