I don't like playing Phoenix on a back-to-back. And first!

 

A must win. Gotta stop the losing streak!!

tough game, tho i dont mind if we lose this. after this, its gonna be EASY for the rockets.

 

playing the Suns in Phoenix is incredibly annoying and frustrating. AND it seems we always play them on the 2nd night of back-to-back

It would be incredibly sweet to win this, but it doesn't seem likely

 

Man, at least Phoenix is also on a back-to-back. Anyways, let's try to end the Schedule from Hell on a win.

Trevor Ariza struggled for the third straight game against his former team. Ariza, who was averaging 12 points on 21.2 percent shooting in the previous two meetings this season, finished with 12 points on 5-for-15 shooting. He did have a career-high eight assists.

"I don't know, I can't tell you," said Ariza of why he continues to play poorly against the Lakers. "I'm not pressing. I don't force shots. I just haven't played well. That's all there is to it."


Ariza after last night's game. is it sad to feel like 5-15 is a GOOD shooting night for him?

it's a good game for him whenever he makes over 5 FG's.

 

Next season Stern has instructed the schedule makers to have the Rockets do a road trip of Lakers, Suns, Jazz for the fun of it. Oh he wanted to make us come home to face the Mavs too on the first home game back. :grin:

 

You'd like the Rockets the end the streak and finally win tonight but it doesn't look good. Suns are pretty damn great at home and I am afraid they have to much firepower for our team, especially with Trevor and Shane starting.

Remember, the Suns are also playing a back-to-back. I expect the Rockets to pull an upset win on the road against Phoenix. I don't see them losing three in a row.

 

Why are so many people thinking this is a must-win game? We're not winning a championship this season. There are no must-win games this year...
