Nice video of Mad Max, ah the memories. Kind of a let down for me too. I was hoping to see some steals, crossovers, cool passes maybe some more dunks. We got is lay-ups and 3s…but a lot of those 3s were cold blooded. If only he could finish like Francis or Wafer he would have been a nasty player....would've taken the trash talking to another level. :grin:
When I was 16 the only jersey I wanted was Maxwell's. Now that I'm older, I realize what a douche of human being he actually is/was. Still, the memories of those games are great. Nice find Tinman.

I meant I have the clutch city vhs tapes. I do have some of the 15 game (93-94)winning streak somewhere in the garage. the NBA would make some serious coin, if they allow us to buy some old game videos.
The Miami shot, the game winner at San Antonio, and that crazy game winner against Golden State....Awesome! Maxwell turned Choke City into Clutch City. A guy like Battier will never be able to hold a candle to Mad Max. To think that all it took to acquire Vernon from San Antonio was cash. The Maxwell mix would've been better if it was set to Immortal Technique's Point of No Return.
Almost every one of those highlights of Vernon in a Rockets jersey were taken from the Clutch City and Double Clutch videos. Only a couple were truly rare.
Geez whats with the slam on Battier? Shane Battier and Vernon Maxwell are very different type players and you would bring them to your team for different reasons.

there's some dude on youtube, nbacardnet or something, he has all those legendary games like Rockets vs Bulls (Jordan vs Maxwell/Dream) etc I bet he has a some good ones. nbatv also shows some good classic rockets games. I think they occasionally show that Dream quadruple double game .
