I am a Tmac fan but under this circumstance I dun know how we can keep him. Anything is possible then.
You know i for one got to catch the game that he came back vs pistons live in the seats at toyota center and went to the clippers game as well. You would not believe how many people were out of their seats standing and applauding for tmac when he returned and when they put him in the the game, STANDING OVATION for the man. If some of you here on this wall went to any of the games you know what im talking about. Tmac has not been given the chance to play. 7-8 minutes per game, they gotta give him more of a chance than that. He scored 10 points in those 8 minutes vs clippers. What if he would have played for the rest of the game?? I for one believe tmac still has some game left in the tank and would like to see him stay, but it doesnt look like its going to happen.
Despite his talent, that he may or may not still have (we wouldn't know untill he is actually 100% healed) one thing that sticks in my mind that Lesbo Craig said when the Block Party was around, "Everywhere he has been he left a funky locker room." I'm glad they are not giving him a chance to destroy the chemistry this team has going right now.
Yeah a man with a legacy..... The man who invented a new NBA term: DNP ~ Player's Decision, and he will be remembered as the most expensive NBA player who never led his team past Round 1.....
lol, this is the one of the most fail petition i've ever seen. Inside the petition has many people disagreeing with it.
I'm no hater, I support your cause. Tmac continually gets all the blame for everything when I believe it should be split 50-50 with Yao. BOTH of our franchise players rode the pine due to injury during the last few years and that's something that is tangible and can be measured instead of mindlessly saying something doesn't have heart when you don't know them or had a convo with them. We screwed up this whole tmac thing and I wish him he best. Rox fans and managament will regret how they handled this in the future
Uh, No, "Rocket" fans won't regret it. "Rocket" fans understand that Mac needs to be gone at this point. It's not about being injured as much as it is he just doesn't fit anymore. He totally wore out his welcome with all his antics and being me-mac. Mac will not be the player he once was. It always ends badly with him, check his history
you TOF's just dont get it - its not about the injuries - neither of those guys want to be injured - they cant help it and they are not hated for being injured. when yao is ready to play again he will be welcomed back w/ open arms by his teammates and the fans - the reception he gets in his first home game is going to be loud! (the reception mcgrady gets on his next game here will be loud too, but in a much, much different way) the difference is that yao is a good teammate who puts the team over himself. he doesnt spout off to the media every chance he gets. he doesnt quit on the team during games. he doesnt call other teams to win the title while his team is still in the playoffs. he doesnt announce he is having season ending surgery thru the media before telling the team (his boss).
